Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the successful delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Store Credits Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credits refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credits within 24 hours.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Under no circumstances shall we be able to process a cash/bank refund.
Shipping (New Orders)
Shipping within India at Malako is free. All new orders are dispatched within 24 hours. For international shipping, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After your return request is approved,
1. We will email your return shipping label within 24 hours. You will have to take a print out of the return shipping label and send it to us with the products that you are returning.
2. Our courier partners will visit you at the shipping address to pick up the products that are to be returned in 24 - 72 hours.
3. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when a refund is issued via store credits.
