Shipping

1. New Orders - Shipping on all products across India is free. All new orders are shipped within 2 business days from Gurgaon. It usually takes 2 - 4 days for delivery.
2. Returns - Return shipping is free for customers in India.

Return and refunds

1. To initiate a return, please Mail at hello@malako-india.com or Call/WhatsApp at +91-9810768825.
2. Our return policy lasts till 4 days after you have received the order.
3. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
4. It must also be in the original packaging. 
5. We accept returns if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
6. After inspecting the returned items we will refund the amount in your source account or share an equivalent amount in terms of store credits as per your request. 
7. Face Mask, Pillow Returns - Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of Face Masks and Pillows.
