A - Shipping
Shipping in India at Malako is free. All new orders are dispatched within 24 - 48 hours.

Most of the times, our courier partners will do the return pickup.
At certain pin codes in India, where our courier partners do not do reverse pickup, we have to ask customers to ship the products to us.
B - Returns
Our return policy lasts until 48 hours days after you have received your order.
The items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
For exchange- shipping fee would be applicable as per actual freight value.

C - Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returns, we will refund the amount in the form of store credits or directly to your source account as per your convenience
